This policy applies to the No Chat website, web app, Android/iOS apps, Windows/macOS apps, and related account, messaging, contacts, groups, attachments, AI, downloads, and feedback services.
To protect account security, detect abnormal login, troubleshoot issues, and prevent abuse, we record necessary information such as device type, OS version, app version, network status, login time, error logs, and API access logs.
The profile page currently does not include a location field, and the client does not need system location permission. If location-based features are added later, we will provide a separate explanation and request authorization before use.
Photo, video, and file access is used only for content you actively choose to send, upload, preview, or download, and is not used to scan unrelated content in the background.
We do not sell personal information or share chat content for advertising targeting.
To provide push notification, storage, AI, security, crash analysis, and cloud infrastructure, we may provide the minimum necessary information to service providers and require them to protect it.
Minors should use No Chat with guardian consent and guidance. Guardians may contact us if they believe inappropriate personal information has been provided.
We may update this policy when product features, third-party services, data processing rules, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be announced through reasonable channels.
Android push delivery in mainland China often requires both an aggregation provider and device-vendor channels. These services are enabled only for corresponding features.
